Asparagus sautéed with parmesan

We are at the beginning of June and it's already the end of the asparagus season...it's too short! I like asparagus in its simplest form... and I like it a bit crunchy... So here is a simple recipe, without steaming or boiling water, where everything is done in the frying pan. The quantities indicated are for 2 if it is the only vegetable in the dish, for 4 if it is a side dish.   1 bunch of green asparagus 50g butter half salt 50g freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 cc of balsamic vinegar Peel the asparagus with a peeler. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Sauté the asparagus, turning regularly, over medium heat. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes (depending on their size) for them to be cooked but still slightly crunchy. Prolong the cooking time if you want them a little more tender. When the asparagus is cooked, remove it from the pan. Add the vinegar to the pan and mix it with the remaining butter. Pour it over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately!
